Equistone-backed FirstPort acquires Arcturus Corporation Limited and Freemont

FirstPort, a leading residential property services provider backed by Equistone, has completed the acquisitions of Arcturus Corporation Limited, the parent company of Blenheims and Campions, and Freemont, a residential property management company. 

Arcturus’s two operating businesses, Blenheims and Campions, will now become part of the FirstPort group. FirstPort has also welcomed Freemont’s 100 employees, as well as its customers living in the 5,400 homes Freemont manages. Each of Blenheims, Campions and Freemont will continue to operate as normal, with the same teams still supporting their customers and clients.

As part of these changes in ownership, FirstPort will be working closely with the businesses so they can benefit from its specialist in-house teams and investment in new digital systems.

Since Equistone’s investment in FirstPort in 2019, the company has completed four add-on acquisitions.
