BUKO Traffic & Safety operates through two divisions: BUKO Infrasupport and BUKO Waakt.

BUKO Infrasupport, founded in 1991, provides outsourced temporary traffic management (OTTM) services, including design, planning, permits, deployment and collection, as well as onsite management of road signage and safety equipment required for roadworks. Customers are typically contractors and public authorities, active in utility-related and urban/rural roadworks. OTTM services are essential to provide mandated safety measures around construction projects on roads and streets to meet increasing safety regulations.

BUKO Waakt provides temporary remote security solutions, including camera surveillance, burglar alarm systems and access control systems, which are primarily used on construction and maintenance sites in residential and public building projects.
