EuroAvionics acquires aerotech uk limited

EuroAvionics GmbH (EuroAvionics) and aerotech uk limited (aerotech) are pleased to announce that as of 12th August 2013, aerotech has been acquired by EuroAvionics.

Established as the OEM supplier of choice for Situational Awareness and Mission Systems, EuroAvionics develops and produces systems with integrated Terrain Warning function and the most versatile range of third-party avionics sensor interfaces. The TSO design approved EuroNav modular product range is used on a wide variety of new and retrofit platforms  including Police, EMS, SAR, Offshore and (Para)Military operators, who have relied on the EuroNav system for many years, either as a standalone system or as an integral part of their avionics suite.

aerotech is an accredited aviation software solutions company specialising in professional ground based and iPad flight planning and flight operations software solutions. Customers also include Police, EMS, SAR, Offshore and (Para)Military operators. aerotech’s main products include easyweigh™ aircraft performance and weight & balance solutions for Windows and iPad, easytask™ Ground Station software to a number of industry accredited moving maps and also modular and scalable flight/mission planning, tasking and review software. aerotech also offer custom design and development to provide bespoke solutions to meet customer’s needs, whether as modifications to existing modules, new modules or integration with third party systems.

aerotech uk limited will remain a separate uk company as a wholly owned subsidiary of EuroAvionics, and will continue to be managed by the existing management team, in addition to becoming the UK centre for EuroAvionics product sales, support and training.
